The home is older and had some tiny quirks, but we got the help we needed almost immediately because communication was super timely. Our children loved the beautiful backyard and my husband and I enjoyed the porch each morning with coffee. The neighborhood is quaint and seemed safe. In addition, it's a few minutes away from parks and shops in downtown St. Charles. Very clean, well kept, and plenty of space for our family of 4. Within walking distance to breakfast, lunch and dinner spots.
