The condo is located in Dead Man`s Flats, near The Three Sisters Campground, and a close drive of Canmore, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise.
You’ll be just a… -5 min drive to Canmore. -25 min drive to Banff. -30 min drive to Kananaskis & Nordic Spa. -50 min drive to Lake Louise.

In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :)
- The surrounding areas are still under construction but the unit itself is ready to host you! :)
- If you need more space, we have another property within the complex that can be booked separately, subject to availability.
- Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
- Hot tub usage is limited to 15 minutes as a courtesy to all guests. This ensures everyone can enjoy this relaxing amenity.
- A contractor will be at the property to complete window and eaves cleaning on May 1 & May 2, 2025. Please note that the date is weather dependent. Unit access is not required. Windows should remain closed during this work and window coverings can be drawn for privacy. Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. 1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
