“The driveway, walkway and porch could have used a good sweeping/cleaning!The rooms were very clean and neat. The house has a rather "musty" smell. The garage (which you have to go through), and back deck needed sweeping/cleaning. The yard, both front and back needed some real tending to....Personal taste--don't like plastic dishes !No icemaker !For the price and last minute booking it was okay. Thanks”

The worst part is that it’s summer and the home was so hot, no one could sleep in one of the bedrooms and the kitchen and living room area was miserable for the whole stay. Communication on this was terrible, I reported it on the first day and it was never resolved. They literally just stopped...

“The photos do not do justice to the property. It was much nicer than photos. Deck has rails and protection from falling off. Dock had been redone. Inside was totally upgraded. Nice kitchen, bedrooms, and bathroom. The management service was excellent. Very responsive and helpful. Responded to text on Sunday Evening in less than 5 minutes. Great place with swim area in front of house and sandy beach.”
