"The hotel was better 2023. The hotel advertise that they have the a la carte restaurants. We stayed for four days and was allowed to have ONE meal at the a la carte. IF we wanted to make reservations for more, only lunch was available and we had to pay full price for the food. Even though the restaurants were empty at lunch time. We stayed at the hotel last year as well and this was new for us. Last year we had all our lunches at the a la carte, without making any reservations, and we had 3 dinners (stayed for 4 nights) at the a la carte. This was the reason we booked the hotel this year. Also this year, all dishes was not included in the AI even though they had the same price level as other dishes. The breakfast buffe is good, but the dinner buffe is 3*, not 5*. All in all, the service is made to make it easy for the hotel and not with the guest as the number one priority. "

"Familjen, 2 barn och 2 vuxna, bodde på 5 olika boenden på Santorini. Detta var helt klart bäst för oss. Billigast av de 5 boenden under vistelsen och bra standar till det priset. Ingen utsikt, men det hade vi fått nog av, lagom avstånd till restauranger å stranden. "

"Nära till hamnen. Hotellet erbjuder transfer, och är väldigt punktliga med det så vi var framme vid hotellet 3 minuter efter att vi hade gått i hamn. Fick ett trevligt välkomnande i receptionen. Väldigt rent, och god och varierad frukost. Finns en bra restaurang i anslutning till hotellet och priserna var helt okej. Personalen i restaurangen var hjälpsamma och trevliga. Dock var det väldigt långa och många trappor att gå för att komma upp till vårt rum. Inte tillgänglighetsanpassat. Vi fick hjälp med väskorna upp till rummet men inte nerför. Bra pool men liten. Fanns alltid solstolar tillgängligt när vi var där. Rekommenderar hotellet."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and service minded. The room was gorgeous and it was amazing to have a calm area around the pool just outside the patio. There is a few restaurants on the resorts that was 10/10 as well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. Will defined returning to Elissa! "

"Hotellet är en fantastisk hotell för vuxna. Den är inte lika fantastisk för barn, då den inte är riktigt anpassad. Restaurangerna erbjöd på mycket gott. Det var jobbigt att vistas i den stora matsalen, då denna har hög tak och det var högljudd. Det som var bäst var café med de bästa servitörerna Maria och Josefine. Barerna var underbara och Elias var absolut den bästa bartender. "
