“The property owner did a fantastic job decorating the condo, thought of everything one would need while there, and the communication with her before our trip was wonderful. Condo is spacious and was perfect for my husband and myself. The condo is very clean, which is important to me. The area is so relaxing. The beach was clean and beautiful. We had a great view of the beach from the balcony, which we used every day while we were there. We would definitely go back to the condo!!”

“My wife and I had a very enjoyable week long stay. The State Park pass was a big plus. We lucked out with a very nice stretch of early March weather which allowed us to spend most of our time outside or in the screened in porch. It really is a very nice spot. Donelle was a gracioius host. We left a lap top behind and Donelle arranged to have it expeditiously returned to us without complaint, which was greatly appreciated. “The house is spacious…plenty of room for ten of us! The two golf carts were a hit with everyone and so easy for getting to all the island hots spots. We spent a lot of time on the back deck! We cooked every night, and the kitchen was well-stocked.”

“This home is so lovely and clean! Another reviewer said the bed was comfy and I would definitely agree with that. You can actually see the water from the little patio which I didn't realize from the pictures, so that was a nice little surprise. The beach was so quiet and peaceful, and we saw lots of wildlife - crabs, alligators, turtles, plenty of pretty conchs (but make sure they aren't inhabited). The buildings aren't marked the greatest if you are coming in at night so double check your map....

“The layout of the house was great for our group of three families of 5 adults and 5 children under the age of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes! Unfortunately, we could not use the beautiful gas grill because the inside was caked with grease. Fantastic proximity to the beach! It's just a very short walk across the street. House was located very close to other Fripp amenities like pools, restaurants, playground, etc.”
