“Very low water pressure with limited amount of hot water. At best you’d get a luke warm shower with no pressure at all. The check in and continental breakfast area appears clean although our room and restroom could use a deep clean.”

“We stayed in Willowbrook one bedroom. Apparently Wyndham took over Willowbrook, but there were very little improvements made. We asked for a room on higher floor and were given a room on first floor, closest to lobby… there were like 6 cars in the lot first night, so rooms were available. We also paid for king bed and we were given 2 queen beds. There were bugs in the room coming in from patio door. We reported the bugs and they offered to have someone “clean it up”… they did nothing. “This was one of the nicest "budget" hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh. The location was perfect, right off I-80. We only stayed one night on our way to New Hampshire, but we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.”

They kept using the excuse that they just took over the property, but then were unable to help with basically anything. “It was a bad location, because of the difficulties finding it since it doesn't have any address. The room was clean although the carpet should be changed, and the blankets of the bed. We were in the woods, and you definitely need a car! The staff was friendly but sometimes we felt a certain observation from them, that made us feel uncomfortable. No breakfast, but there is a McDonald's in about 2 miles from there, next to the ramp to the highway. One night was ok, but we wouldn't stay here again.”
