“Wonderfull place. Hosts were helpful and great to work with”

“Checks every box!”

“The owner thought of many amenities that I haven't seen before like breakfast bars and oatmeal packets. Very much appreciated.”

“Great stay! Everything was clean and comfortable.”

“Great experience! I had a few questions, and the owners responded within MINUTES!”

“Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. I would advise caution for those with mobility issues (bad...

“The house was excellent, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Adam was on top of everything and is a great communicator.. I will definitely stay here again.”

“First time staying at this property and was a great experience. It's in the same building as the Dewey Beach Yacht Club in the Marina (We weren't sure if we staying in a room or on a boat at first lol). We got in a little early and we were able to get in the apt at 3:30 instead of 4pm. Property was as described and very clean. Looked like it had been remodeled, although the ceiling looked like it some had noticable water damage in the past as joints were peeling and the 2nd BR had a small hole...

“The house was great. We loved it. We really liked all of the dog accessories, a dog bed, bowls and decorations. The access to the beach being just a walk away. Joe was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This was a wonderful stay! The house was immaculate and everything was super easy and accessible! Jim was a wonderful host. We would happily rent this property again next summer :)”

“Very nice property. And responsive host.Pet friendly but no fenced yard, but the neighborhood is very walkable and many many others walk their dogs. Very clean, nicely stocked with essentials, towels, etc. Multiple adults may find the second and third bed less appealing as one is definitely more kid focused as a bunk bed. The location is excellent for quick access to major convenience like Walmart, wawa, numerous restaurants and grocery stores, and if the mood strikes and you want the chaos...

“We received OUTSTANDING support from Kristin! She responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns. She made our stay convenient and comfortable! Thanks to Kristin!! :)”

“If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans throughout. The host couldn’t have been better. Very easy to communicate with and actually notified us of a...

“The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels...

“If you are considering this property - rent it without hesitation! Everything is exactly as described ( or better )”

“One of the cleanest and most nicely decorated VRBO homes we have been to. Host was very responsive. Would highly recommend.”
