“My daughter and I loved this apartment! The high ceilings makes it feel so spacious. Overnight parking is only 2 blocks away. The location is perfect for walking to Reading Terminal Market and China town. The host was very helpful and responded quickly! Id definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed ur stay, comparing to other VRBO's we have stayed in- some opportunities would be- have a supply of paper towels- more than one dishtowel-more than one bath towel/ bed when people are staying multiple nights, clean the windows- overall cleanliness subpar with cabinets needing work- furniture/wood- damaged-walls banged up and soiled. “The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

“We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“We were 2 couples visiting Phile. It was weird to not get the chileckin instruction till afternoon, but it worked out.Hoped for an early checkin, but with the parking down the street, i guess that worked out too.Parking was easy. We felt safe.”

“I stayed here with three of my friends while visiting Philadelphia for a sporting event . We had an amazing time ! Danni is an incredible host and very responsive as well as extremely hospitable . The rooftop area is very nice . The house is very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Parking was straightforward and I was able to find nearby street parking for free for the weekend . I highly recommend this rental.”
