“If you are staying in University city area, consider staying here. Beautiful units. Clean. Spacious. Front desk staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful. They have onsite parking but limitations on size of vehicle. The neighborhood is changing. You can see a mix of old and new development. You are in a city so be mindful. There were not a lot of dining options in the immediate vicinity. You have a kitchen so you can always cook or order in. We stayed for one night and it was wonderful! ”

“The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest ”

“Lovely room well kept overall. With tasteful design choices not only in aesthetics but in creature comforts such as as the espresso maker, massage gun, and washing machine was easy to use with provided pods. Bed was plush and a welcome comfort after a stark realization of the limited parking available in the Fishtown area especially during nightclub hours on a Friday night. Who would've thought haha. “This apartment was so conveniently located in the old city, we did not need a car the entire time we were visiting! The beds were comfortable, and the space was very open and welcoming. The perfect place to land at the end of a day of exploring.”
