“Nice cozy place. It is actually 4 bedrooms instead of 5. One bedroom is big enough to have 2 queen beds and a 2 twins and is attached to one of the bathrooms. I made it a bit complicated to plan because I thought it was a separate bedroom. It is part of another bedroom. The place was big and cozy enough for the 11 of us. ”

“House is very clean and comfortable. The hosts live nearby and we actually got the opportunity to meet them and have a brief conversation with them. They are wonderful people with a great story, made us feel right at home. Home is close to the trails and has a few extra touches that makes your stay even more comfortable. “Best place to stay in matewan. The parking at the cabin is massive and the cabin location is perfect. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. And the hosts are amazing. ”

“Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road...

“We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!”
