âI will suggest anyone traveling to Banff to stay at this place. The service was excellent and the people working are amazingly courteous and helpful. The staff seems to enjoy working with energy. It is an exclusive place and have much to offer even at the property.
Only suggestion for the property is that they should have microwave in the rooms or atleast at centralized locations if they are worried of fires.â
âPerfect for a trip to Banff, located in the downtown area with all the local restaurants and shops. We loved the hotel, its new and the staff were great even offering us umbrellas as we ventured out in the rain. We will definitely be back here! â

âThe rooms were quiet and comfortable and had excellent views of the mountain (either direction). We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!â

âFirst of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but thatâs not for everyone. Staff were incredible and accommodating, underground parking included, everything was meticulously clean, and no detail was spared in the cohesive aesthetic of this amazing location. âBanff is a great place and Irwinâs is a good place to stay, just 5-10 minutes walk to everything.
The only negative thing was the heating, which was quite noisy.â
