“For the moment we arrived we had a friendly staff members helping us out. Best of most we make new friends the atmosphere at the bar watching late soccer matches were amazing. Skylar best bartender and always ready to make your stay more enjoyable. We definitely made a new friend in town. Thank you”

“At the price point we were surprised to find no bottles of water in the room - - - although there was a filtered water dispenser on the drinking fountain. As a Marriott Bonvoy member we weren’t offered any water at the front desk or any other upgrades. The rooms are excellent and appear to be recently remodeled. Staff all friendly and helpful. The food selection for breakfast is pretty sad - even by free Hotel breakfast standards. No hard boiled eggs at all - - - for example.”

“We arrived at 20.00 to check in but were not allowed in to the reception area. Even though we were guests..It was freezingly cold. We were not greeted, just told to show ID. The reception staff did not provide any info at all. We had to ask everything to find out about wifi, breakfast time etc. We did not feel welcomed at all. We can not recommend this hotel at all.”

“Front desk is useless. They will tell ppl what room you are in without your permission. The room was filthy. Found a dirty towel hanging in the shower. I had to connect the TV because the front desk did nothing when I complained about TV not working. Homeless ppl on property along with prostitution going on”

“Although this is an older property, it was clean. Generally, it was equivalent to other Hamptons that I have stayed in. The location is a bit challenging due to traffic, but the parking was adequate.”

“A descent hotel, we only stayed one night. The room didn’t have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didn’t feel as filthy as the other hotels we’ve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. ”

“Hotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston. /Mia and Patrick, Sweden”

“The room ambience was warm and inviting. I enjoyed stained glass windows in the Floral Suite. Being a solo traveler, I wish there had been a more secure lock on the door. I would recommend to others.”
