âA descent hotel, we only stayed one night.
The room didnât have a sealing light which made it very dark in the room. The carpet was good, it didnât feel as filthy as the other hotels weâve been to. But still need to be renovated, very outdated furniture. â

âHotel Granduca was as lovely as allways. The quite and lovely poolarea and the restaurant is really different from other hotels we have visited. The rooms are big and luxurious but the best thing with Granduca is the staff, totally outstanding! We will allways stay here when returning to Houston.

âFirstly, the staff was fantastic! Starting with the valet Jessie, the front desk staff, Sarah the bartender and Andrew the maitre d, all were extremely friendly and enthusiastic! The property was beautiful and comfortable and would highly recommend to anyone. Canât wait to go back!â

âThis is my first time staying at the Zaza location. Iâve stayed in the medical district and at the one in Dallas and I think Iâve even visited the one in Austin for brunch once. This was my first time in Memorial city Zaza. Oh my goodness! I wasnât told that I was being upgraded and wow what a wonderful surprise! I was given the beach suite and it was so beautiful! Will definitely come back.â
