Winter: Electric radiator with adjustable temperature, and a fireplace (kindling and a 12+ kg bag of firewood provided).
Summer: Air conditioning and window screens.
d) Sleeping Arrangements
A semi-double comfortable mattress (1.30 m width) with a topper, plus two sofas (one converts into a bed suitable for a child or adult). A baby travel cot is also available upon request for children up to 3 years old.
e) Entertainment
TV with Greek channels and free satellite channels, Netflix (profiles: Akis/Maria), and Apple TV with access to TV+ and Apple Music.
f) Internet
High-speed internet (150+ Mbps download via 4G+ router) with unlimited data.
g) Personal Care
Individual shower gel/shampoo sets and disposable fabric slippers for adults.
h) Hairdryer
Travel-size hairdryer available.
i) Outdoor Space
Folding table, two chairs, and cushions for the stone bench in the patio area by the entrance, along with a large umbrella for shade in the summer.

Please note that smoking inside the house is not allowed, and cooking/grilling inside the fireplace is strictly prohibited due to chimney fire risk.
