Mediterranean/Spanish Estate Home on Lake Sidney


Beautiful, spacious, and private 2 story 5 bedroom home on Lake Sidney. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by nature and wildlife. Centrally located with easy access to i4 and close proximity to the beaches, springs, and Boombah Sports Complex.

Other things to note:
There are custom hand beaten copper sinks in the master bedroom and the kitchen. Color variations of golds, browns, and greens are normal as they patina over time.
Garbage day is Wednesday. We ask guests staying overnight on Tuesday to please take the trash bin to the curb on Tuesday night and bring it back on Wednesday after it has been emptied.
A gas grill and a full tank of gas is provided to the guests at no extra charge. If you choose to use the grill during your stay, Please clean it after using it.
Lawn service comes every 7 days . They enter the property through the side. There are 2 cameras outside facing the road.
This is a quiet and peaceful community. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
Quiet time in the neighborhood is between 9 pm and 9am.
Guests will have access to the entire house and two of the 3 car garage. The 3rd garage door does not open, but you can still use the space inside.
No more than 6 vehicles on the property at anytime. Absolutely no loud music, parties, or events!

Deltona is between Orlando and Daytona beach with easy access to i4. Our house is located on Lake Sidney, the exclusive Estate area of Deltona with huge lots for privacy. Most attractions are close by around 10 minutes to under an hour.

Can't recommend enough!

Stayed here with a group of friends for a dance convention in Sanford. The house was gorgeous! The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions. The beds were so comfortable and they have the softest sheets I have ever felt in my life! Will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fantastic!

The house is absolutely amazing. It was spotless and the amenities were first rate. The communication with the owner was easy and they were so amenable and kind. I can't say enough great things about the house. From the incredibly enormous kitchen and gorgeous master suite - to the spacious living areas - to all of the games and the view. It was just terrific. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property to anyone. We hope to be able to come back again.

A comfortable stay for large groups.

If you are a large group, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Very child friendly.Some minor suggestions:- one of the sinks in the master wasn’t draining properly- playground is super rundown in certain places

Everything you could ask for and more!

We were so pleased with our stay! The home was simply beautiful. It had more than enough room for our family group of 10. The entire property was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed and more. The adults had plenty of room and loved the huge screened in porch and the children enjoyed the backyard and the games readily available. Meal prep was a breeze in the fabulous kitchen. The host was kind, tremendously accommodating and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t think of anything else that we could have needed that wasn’t already provided. It was a lovely stay and we would highly recommend it without reservation.

This was an absolutely amazing house for our family of 12 When we arrived the house was spotless and welcoming. The kitchen is large and equipped with a commercial like gas stove. Made cooking for the group a charm. All the bedrooms are spacious and bedding actually smelled fresh and clean. The master ensuite shower is an experience i wont forget. everyone wanted to experience it for themselves ;) The backyard was perfect with a nice outdoor sitting area around a fire pit. The screened room with foseball was fun for all. All communications with host were replied to promptly and accommodating. Without any hesitation I would book this house again!

Family time

It was really nice and very spacious. My 5 grandkids ages 9-13 had a great time playing in the backyard. My daughters and their husbands enjoyed the large kitchen. My husband and I were so happy we could all get together since we don’t get to very often. It was the perfect place for us.

Amazing!

From the moment I booked I knew this would be an awesome stay. The owner always answered my questions within minutes of sending. The property is amazing. We had so much fun. Our daughters loved the zip line and we all enjoyed Ping Pong and PAC Man! Great rooms (especially the master bathroom shower)! Spacious beautiful home!

We so much enjoyed our stay here! Such a spacious beautiful home, private large back yard over looking the lake. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions. Close to stores, shopping for our meals was not a problem. Everyone loved the super-stocked coffee and snack bar! Ping pong was a hit, loved having a fire pit. Appreciated the built in baby gate, and the filtered water. We are a family of cooks and loved the large kitchen. So grateful we found this wonderful place for all 11 of us to celebrate Christmas together!

Great Place

I stayed at Mediterranean/Spanish Estate with family and couple of friends around the New Year. We had a great time. The house is very spacious, nice and well decorated. Master bedroom/bathroom and kitchen – just gougers. Only thing I can advice to put some more dishes/serving plates in the kitchen. But maybe it is only us, because we cook like crazy:-) House has great location, from the backyard you can barely see neighbors, a lot of privacy. Fire pit area has beautiful view on the lake (very important tip here: someone put river rocks, that are around the house into the pit. Be aware that they can explode when heated!) Thank you for renting this house to us:-) We had great time to welcome 2023 there!

We had a great visit with family in the area. The property was perfect for us. Great inside and outside spaces. The kids loved the playground and ping pong table. The built-in baby gates on the stairs are a great addition, and took a lot of stress away. Kitchen was well equipped, and spotless. The lake is a beautiful old Florida backdrop.

Amazing house to stay with family

We were so lucky to have found this house. It was perfect for what we needed for a family trip. Everyone had a bedroom and slept in very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were spotless. I love how the host labeled everything to make it easier for us. The towels were very organized and clean. The common areas were very cozy and spacious. Large kitchen for everyone to congregate. In other words, this house is perfect for large families with children. I will be renting this house again and again. Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

Wedding/Hurricane

We were in town for our daughter's wedding. A few days before our stay began we saw a hurricane was coming, I messaged to let the property manager know that we're from Florida originally and begged her not to cancel the booking. She assured me that if we're willing to stay they won't cancel. Then during said hurricane we had some water in the lower level of the house, upon messaging the property manager She called to make sure we are alright, offered us that we could leave (but we didn't want to the house is beautiful) and they had someone out within the hour to clean up the water. I would definitely rent this property again! It's a large house, nicely designed with tons of activities for kids and the young at heart. Thank you so much my house rental choice was the least stressful thing during the wedding week 😆

5 Star Stay - loved the house!!

Clean, comfortable, and relaxing. This property is truly a 10. Four small families shared this house for a baseball trip. The home exceeded our expectations. Comfortable beds, spacious well appointed rooms, amazing kitchen filled with everything you need or want, 2 laundry rooms, great work spaces, excellent Wi-Fi, I could go on and on. The screened in porch, table tennis, and outdoor space provided endless fun for kids and parents. The coolers and chairs in the garage were exactly what we needed but couldn’t bring on the plane. We really appreciated the coffee bar and snacks - it was a very nice touch. We loved our time here, thank you!

Great place.

The house was just as expected and the experience was wonderful. We had no problems what so ever. One of our rental cars ended up with a dead battery right before check out and there was no problem with a slight extension for us to get roadside assistance over to resolve the problem. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
