This upscale 3-story, 4-bedroom, 2-bath country home includes many upscale features! The first floor features ceramic tile flooring, a gear storage area, a foosball table, and a comfy couch for relaxing after a fun day on the mountain. Ascending the staircase to the main floor reveals a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, including a dishwasher, plenty of counter space with granite counter tops, and a prep island work station. The open dining/living areas are adjacent, and feature a dining table with bench seating, a sectional sofa, a built-in gas fireplace to cozy up to, and a covered walk-out balcony with a territorial view...perfect for relaxing with your favorite beverage. There's also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a second bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a newly remodeled 3/4-bath, a laundry cubby with a full sized washer/dryer, and a side entrance that accesses a large platform deck with a gas grill, a large picnic table, and a covered outdoor HOT TUB! Ascending the staircase from the main floor to the top floor reveals a small landing, a sitting area/study, a third bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, and 1-full bath. This wifi equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!)

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!
