It’s time to make memories while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse-style condo! The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and more than ample closet space, a ¾-bath, a remodeled galley style kitchen with upgraded countertops and appliances (including a dishwasher), and a pass-through counter/breakfast bar with two dining stools. A functional and comfy living and dining area features a small dining table with seating for three, an impressive Regency gas fireplace, a flat-screen monitor, and a small balcony overlooking the children’s community play area. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and plenty of closet space, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer. Need extra room? This condo pairs nicely with our family Condos #14 and #28, located directly adjacent. This WIFI* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River, which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free Wi-Fi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler playroom. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas, a children’s play structure, and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
