“This hotel should pay you for staying, not the opposite. I have changed rooms three times in three days, that is how bad it is. The chubby man in the reception is so roude and should find a job that he actualley likes. Bad food, bad service and bad rooms. Dont waist your money on this hotel. We booked a room for three people, this is the bed ( see picture ). This hotel dose not even deserve one star!”

“I was surprised by how clean, beautiful, calm , excellent service and lovely was the hotel. The rooms have nice views, and love how clean it was. ”

“This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day....

“Bra o lugnt hotel på bästa platsen utanför hammamet. Bra service o goda lokala viner o champagne. Maten var perfekt o väl avvägt utbud. Stort tack t food and beverage manager o guestrelation för omhändertagande o trevlig bemötande. ”

“Attention arnaque !!! L’hôtel est en travaux, donc fermé et la plate-forme me l’as quand même louer et facturé. Arrivée à 1h30 du matin devant un hôtel fantôme, je vous laisse imaginer mon mécontentement. Hôtel.com ne prend pas ses responsabilités et refuse de me rembourser, fuier cette plateforme ”
