“Staff were very helpful and friendly. I’ll be back to this hotel because of the staff, beautiful beach, spacious room, and nice view to the sea. I want to mention two problems and I hope that hotel management finds this review as I hope that this hotel could improve to its best version. Housekeeping staff were very nice, but they need a supervisor to check their work on cleaning the bathtub especially when a guest just checks in to a fresh room. “Hotellet var bra och personalen var väldigt service minded. I anslutning till hotellet var en liten egen stad uppbyggd inom anläggningen. Här fanns butiksgator, aktiviteter, torg och serveringar. Det kan kännas tryggt att ha allt bekvämt nära och det fanns flera säkerhetsvakter på anläggningen. Tyvärr var butikerna i anslutning till hotellet dyra att handla i och många försäljare var väldigt tjatiga och påträngande. ”

“There's max 2,5 stars counting in European standards, poor condition of the main building, rooms, bathrooms, furnitures. Cleaning leaves much to wish. Disco music plays from morning to late night, every night! You have to wait for elevator at least 5 minutes, often out of order. Very nice staff, helpful and frienfly, very nice localisation. Very good food, plenty of different dishes to choose, nice pools.”

“A good hotel for a weeks stay. The hotel is big and clean, with a big pool area. We had half pension included. The breakfast was good and the dinner was great. For this price, i can recommend this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at Yasmine beach and not Hammamet center, take notice of this. Yasmine beach was less stressful then Hammamet and we liked it. The beach is nice and there is a lot of different beach clubs.”

“Très bon séjour dans un cadre agréable ! Nous avons adoré les piscines, la plage et la qualité des repas. Le personnel est souriant, attentionné et très professionnel. L’ambiance est chaleureuse et reposante, parfaite pour des vacances en famille. 🔸 À noter : le nettoyage quotidien des chambres pourrait être amélioré, et certaines chambres familiales manquent de balcon, malgré une jolie vue sur mer et piscines.”
