“My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The property was clean, well maintained and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. I was really impressed with our suite and how updated it was. Will definitely be back if we're in the area!”

“Perfect for me as a solo traveller. Clean, small room with a tiny bathroom in downtown Anchorage but still in a quiet area without much traffic. Only downside is that the whole room is shaking everytime someone closes their door.”

“The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although the hotel is older, it has been updated nicely and feels well cared for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The coffee was disappointing - perhaps it wasn’t fresh - but that was a minor issue. Overall, I had a decent experience. I was only staying for one night before an early morning drive, so it was simply a quick stop for a good night’s sleep.”

“Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!”

“I was here for a short stay but the room was great! Easy to find, easy to park, felt like there were some amenities I didn’t have the time to utilize, downstairs lobby had lovely social areas but I had an early departure so I did not make use of them. Very comfy bed.”

“Ganska slitet hotell utan luftkonditionering på rummet. Dålig ljudisolering - kvällstrafik plus ett odefinierbart brummande på rummet upplevdes mycket störande. Receptionen ville inte kännas vid brummandet. Gångavstånd till centrum. Om man söker ett budgetalternativ för max en natt kan det fungera...om man är medveten om och kan acceptera standarden. ”

“The beds and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, there was too much light getting in through the window. In Alaska the should curtains should be the blackout type with the amount of daylight they have.”

“Personalen gjorde vad de kunde föra att göra det så bra som möjligt i bemötandet. Tyvärr för stora problem med: inget varmvatten, frukost var ojämn, inget automatiskt byte av handdukar samt poolen fungerade en dag enbart. Positivt med transport till flygplats från hotellet utan kostnad.”

“The chair in our room was so old and stained it was just gross. Some staff was helpful and friendly and some I felt like an inconvenience. Driving up to the hotel it looks pretty sketchy. Fine for a place to stay overnight before catching a flight. The parking lot had a broken down RV in it - does someone live there? Close to train depot. Close to the Coastal Trail for a walk or run.”
