“Overall the property it quite dated and over priced for what you get. They have made updates to what appears to be the Foyer and Conference Room areas. The rooms have a 80's vibe with the two double beds beng pretty small and the additional lounge chair taking up more room and not really serving a purpose. In my opinion remove the lounge chair and have 2 queens or a queen and a double. The cleanliness is ok to say the least, filter in the bathroom was full and looked like it had been for...

“They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained.”

“The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning. “Was told room is not available, hotel is booked and that Expedia made the mistake! We had to beg for a room that we had confirmed. We arrived around 9:15 pm and was told checking in had to be done at 4. Never heard you have to be there on a first come first serve basis to stay -plus it was a comfort inn not Quality Inn as stated in Expedia App. Half the building looks like water damage. The AC unit in room is horrible noise and you can’t adjust the Vent. ”
