“We had an amazing week at the Guest House! The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Air conditioning, gas fireplace, washer and dryer, big kitchen - everything was great and thoughtfully laid out. Janis and Martin are excellent hosts and told us to let them know if we needed anything. Their dock was well equipped as well with comfortable chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. Swimming off the dock in crystal clear water was a highlight. Use of the canoe to paddle over to Fossli...

In one day we went to Mt Washington and played in the snow, then went to Nymph falls and played in the river then to Saratoga beach and enjoyed sun & sand. ”

The nearby beach was perfect for a dinner picnic. The hosts were kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.One note: the listing mentions “breakfast included,” but it’s more of a light offering (some baked goods, fruit and coffee) rather than a full breakfast. I did find it a bit pricey...
