“The host was fantastic in communication and prompt solutions to issues we had. The house provided our whole family with plenty of room and privacy. However, there were many areas that were not cleaned at all. I had to scrub all the lower white cabinets due to food and liquid messes before we could even unpack. The floors required shoes to be worn at all times as they too were very dirty. There are cob webs throughout the entire house and a lot of dust built up in the basement. The pool towels...
