“The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It’s not the greatest area but truly safe and the neighbors were friendly and a few yummy bakery’s in walking distance. Our only surprise was there was no oven just a stove top which limited...

“Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

Upon arrival, we thought there was an issue with the air (there was NOT...our mistake!!!)....but owner was so quick to respond and was going to leave work to come check on it! Easy check in instructions and he checked on us mid visit to make sure things were great....i would definitely stay here again.”
