âIdeal location for exploring the Peak District. Lovely quiet pretty little village. The room is above a fabulous cafe where the food was great and the staff were so helpful and informative, they gave us some great tips on where to visit. Highly recommend this place and the cafe.â

The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and canât wait to return â

Our room was very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The shower was big with great water pressure. âWe had a wonderful stay at The View. The room was lovely, very spacious and overlooked the rolling hills, plus it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious and all cooked and prepared to order. We had one evening meal at the pub itself which again, we couldnât fault. There is so much to do around the area and we will definitely be going back. A true gem of a find!â
