âThis Grade 2 hotel, is an excellent example of how to do things right. Even lack of staff did not stop the owner from providing an excellent service. Would recommend anytime and will definitely stop again sometime. â
âLovely stay, great entertainment for the kids at night. Room was cosy, bed nice and comfortable. Could do with a few more tea bags as only 2 in the room. â
âWe stayed in the room with two double beds. Itâs at the top of the hotel so the view was good. Bathroom is surprisingly spacious and fancy! We didnât eat here so canât comment on that but plenty of pubs in walking distance.â
âWe spent one night at the Family Tree, and were very pleased with the stay. The staff members were friendly, the room was cozy and fresh. The breakfast was the best during our four days in the UK. It would have been nice to stay another day. â
âWe had a wonderful stay at The View. The room was lovely, very spacious and overlooked the rolling hills, plus it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive and breakfast was delicious and all cooked and prepared to order. We had one evening meal at the pub itself which again, we couldnât fault. There is so much to do around the area and we will definitely be going back. A true gem of a find!â
âIt's such a lovely spot and the room was spacious, super clean and with a view out to the lovely surrounding area. The bed was also very comfy and the pillow too, and this from someone who is princess and the pea with her pillows! I also got a really great rate for my one night stay.â
