“The location is outstanding- especially with the streetcar right outside. It was very easy to get between all the places we wanted to go, least of which was the Quarter. The size of the house was perfect for our group which included an infant and a tween. Unfortunately, there is only dining seating for 4 (in a rental that sleeps 8), not a single hook or towel bar in any of the bathrooms, and the kitchen was missing some needed items like potholders. “Great price and very affordable for the package that comes with it. Though questionable at first, it is situated in a great neighborhood with good people. The property did have some deficiencies such as the bathroom sink drain not working, but imo did not take away too much. Host also left generous gifts and information on places to eat, see, etc. Would come back again 100%.”
