“Clean room. Good bed. Friendly staff.”

“Bra standard, rent och snyggt på rummen och gemensamma utrymmen (lobby, restaurang). Parkeringsplatsen kunde varit större men det finns närliggande parkeringshus med övergång inomhus.”

“Everything was excellent”

“Breakfast was just ok. Everything else was very good.”

“I. loved the very clean room, excellent pillows, amazing bathroom lighting, and the fact that even with a full hotel, elevators were coming quickly. The food at our luncheon and banquet was meh, but that was ok. Bathrooms at our convention got dirty and should have been serviced between our breaks, but otherwise everything was very good. “My stay was good except when I returned in the evening my door would not unlock. Had to wait for staff to come change the battery. Waited about 29 min in the hall and had to call the desk again, he did then come up right away.”

“Coola rum och härlig restaurang med trevlig personal ”

“No issues what so ever. The check in and check out process were very fast and efficient. All staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and larger than expected. Parking across the street was less expensive than originally thought, $7 instead of $10. The entrance was a little congested for a check in right before 4 pm, but they had an attendant that was moving cars through and even asked for my keys to move my car if needed while I went inside.”

“The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs.”

“Friendly, helpful staff”
