“Funky decor. Enormous bathroom.
Good size room
Only one charger outlet by the beds and it was not in the middle. It’s 2024, charging outlets should be by every bed or every side of the bed. ”

“I. loved the very clean room, excellent pillows, amazing bathroom lighting, and the fact that even with a full hotel, elevators were coming quickly. The food at our luncheon and banquet was meh, but that was ok. Bathrooms at our convention got dirty and should have been serviced between our breaks, but otherwise everything was very good. One problem however, we reserved a room with two queens and they gave us a king, so we cancelled our reservation and came back by Expedia. A bit more pricey,...

“No issues what so ever. The check in and check out process were very fast and efficient. All staff were extremely friendly. The room was clean and larger than expected. Parking across the street was less expensive than originally thought, $7 instead of $10. The entrance was a little congested for a check in right before 4 pm, but they had an attendant that was moving cars through and even asked for my keys to move my car if needed while I went inside.”

“Breakfast has good options. But if you see the staff person bringing out a cart to fill anything, assume you will be waiting and waiting and waiting to get anything from that area. She put everything in one by one and then stayed in the way stiring things and wiping”

“Please make it crystal clear on the nightly parking fee! I definitely would have stayed at a suburban location with complimentary parking. Additionally, I did find out my room was downgraded and gifted to another hotel client due to his membership status. I was told booking via a 3rd party errored in booking a non available room….FALSE! One more thing…please fix the tv mobility arms…the way you have them bracketed to the wall is tacky. Please place more waste baskets, garbage bags, and Kleenex...

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and close to the arena we were going to. Bath/bathroom had a little mold, the first light when we entered was flickering then turned off. Overall wasn’t terrible but just a few little things that added up.”

“This is our second time staying and we will return each time we are flying in/out of Des Moines. Staff are always attentive, the rooms are always clean, and the amenities are great. There is a game room for kids, which is nice. The morning breakfast has great options far beyond the basics. Both times we have stayed. There has been a nice man who clearly takes pride in keeping up with the breakfast room by restocking, keeping it clean and chatting with guests.”
