“The property was a couple miles down from the main strip.
After checking in, we returned to the strip to view the botanical garden inside the Borgata, and watch the fountain show.
We had to pass the famous "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign on the way, so we stopped for a photo op.
The breakfast was full buffet and very good, with eggs, sausage, and more.”
“The staff who checked us in was very rude and unfriendly and had an overall bad attitude. If you travel with someone else who’s is staying in your room they have to show id as well. Bathroom was super small. Felt like the toilet was standing in the shower. The area felt unsafe and the people moving around in the area likewise. Smelled weed all over the place. There are much better options elsewhere. ”
“The staff was loud and just talking to each other when we checked in. We complained about our non-smoking room stank of smoke and we were told that nothing can be done due to them being fully booked. Usually, you could be compensated in some way. The beds were filled with dark hairs, and the lamps in the bathroom and by the bed did not work. We asked for a late checkout but were advised that they don't to these all though we saw a sign stating that they did. Over all bad experience sadly. ”

Air-condition in the room was ridiculously loud, unbelievably so.
Hot water in the shower was intermittent, mostly just lukewarm.
Loud background noices at random points through the night from the building (water pipes perhaps?).
Room had, at the best, similarities to the photos shown when booking.
