- If you like to snorkel, you will LOVE the artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, located just 685 feet straight out from the Pompano Joe's beach access. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. (We advise that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs.) This location is just minutes from our beach house and has parking!
BEACH
- The Barracuda Street Beach and Pompano Street Beach accesses are both only 0.5 miles (about a 10-minute walk) from the home.
- The Crystal Beach Drive Beach Access is located about a 10-minute walk from our home. This access has limited parking and is best for walking or drop off.
- Tarpon Street Beach access is a 10-12 minute walk from our home.
- James Lee Park Beach access is about a 15-minute walk from the home. This location has seasonal beach service for a fee, public parking, pavilion, picnic tables and public restrooms. Seasonal beach chair + umbrella rentals are available from April - Labor Day at the beach access closest to the Crab Trap Restaurant.
NEIGHBORHOOD TRAM
-Hop on the FREE (seasonal) beach trolley service to get a ride to the beach! The on-demand tram will pick you up in your driveway with just one phone call!
-The Beach Trolley runs from 10am-Noon and 1:00-5:00 - March 1st through Easter and May 28th to October 31st

- Home does not have cable - TV's are SMART or have Fire sticks for streaming
- Free WiFi (not responsible for service disruptions – please travel with a hotspot in case of any unexpected service disruptions)
- PET FREE PROPERTY - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges. We do not allow any pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• Driveway parking for 2 cars only. There is an overflow lot for one additional vehicle, first come first served. There are overflow spots around the pool and a small parking lot by the gate closest to the beach. Trailers, RV's, boats, and motorcycles are not allowed within the community gates; alternate parking arrangements will need to be made for these items. If you have more cars, you will be responsible for finding additional parking. Parking is enforced by the neighborhood and the City of Destin! Golf cart rentals are no longer allowed as of April 1, 2024.
• The grill is to be cleaned on the honor system. This is not included in our cleaning fee. If you don’t want to clean the grill, the fee is $50. Please let us know in advance!
• Trash rules - trash is picked up every Tuesday and Thursday - guests must pull the bins to the curb the night before pickup. There is an additional pick up on Saturday morning of bagged trash only - not in bins. Additional charges will be incurred if trash is not taken care of during your stay!
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Wristbands are required for all guests to use the amenities. We leave 12 wristbands in the condo for you. If you damage or lose a wristband, the replacement cost is $25/each. Your care and attention is appreciated.
*Departure instructions – We don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! Before your departure, all we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the home during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
