Shoreline Towers 2094 is a beach front two bedroom / two bath rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with the guest bedroom having two queen beds. There are 3 TV’s (All Flat Screens) in the unit, one for each bedroom and one in the living room area. The unit has an open kitchen so you can visit with your family and friends while preparing meals. Stackable washer and dryer located within the unit for your convenience. Unit is tiled throughout. Remodeled Kitchen with Granite Countertop and stainless appliances. Open Balcony with Excellent Views. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or late-night snack while enjoying the view of the Gulf.

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes from restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine clean pool, play tennis & pickleball or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends. Security on property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

The view was amazing and the location was great! Our biggest complaint is security at the front gate. You're required to check in with security every time you enter the property which is very time consuming depending on the time of day. At one point the line to enter the property was stretched out onto the main road. Also, the security guard wasn't friendly or pleasant. The condo appeared to have some wear and tear and didn't seem to be well maintained. The walls of the entry way were dirty and the front door looked like it had been kicked in before and was missing the seal around the doorframe. The master bedroom bed was SUPER comfortable!

We had a great stay. The location is amazing, having beach set up was great and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely come back again!

Beautiful room

The room was beautiful! The pool is at the back of the property and not by the beach, so be prepared for a walk. The pool is very nice and heated, we just wished it was in a more convenient spot. Be prepared to supply your own spices, although, we restocked the salt and pepper during our stay. It would have also been nice to be supplied with some beach items for the kiddos, like other condos we have stayed at have. The provided beach service was amazing. We had two chairs and an umbrella ready for us each day! The ocean was only a short walk from our door...probably the closest we have ever been while staying in a condo!
