Som en del av Crystal Shores-omrÄdet har huset mÄnga förmÄner. Det finns bekvÀma trottoarer till stranden som Àr mycket kort avstÄnd frÄn hemmet, mindre Àn ett kvarter bort till Mexikanska golfen, med sina sandiga vita strÀnder och varma havsvatten. Det mÄste vara dig Àr sÄ nÀra saker att göra ocksÄ! Bortsett frÄn alla de spÀnnande strandaktiviteterna kommer du att njuta av en smak av en mÀngd olika restauranger, inklusive Camilles pÄ andra sidan gatan och Destin Commons, ett vackert friluftsgalleri tvÀrs över motorvÀgen, mÄnga golfbanor och biografer ... allt inom en mils avstÄnd!

Enligt HOA-regler: Fordon kan inte parkeras pÄ gatan över natten, kan inte parkeras över trottoaren, inte kan parkeras i rÀtt vÀggrÀs mellan trottoaren och gatan eller parkeras pÄ lediga tomter. Extra fordon mÄste parkeras utanför fastigheten Crystal Shores.

Inga husbilar med kommersiella bokstÀver, bussar, slÀpvagnar, bÄtar eller vattenskidor kan parkeras vid Crystal Shores. Detta hem erbjuder parkering för 3 medelstora fordon eller 2 fordon och en golfvagn. Dessa grannskapsregler tillÀmpas strikt, med förbehÄll för 100 $ böter om de inte överensstÀmmer.

The house was nice & it was clean. Loved the location to the beach. It would have been nice to have a decent broom/dust pan to sweep up the sand in the house & have rugs by the doors also. Other than that we were happy with our stay.

Great house perfect for family. On our third day we woke up to a water leaking in the living room from the furnace, but the management address the problem right way. The bathroom shower curtain was moldy and some area of the house smells musty. The toilet paper holder of the master BR was broken, but that was the least of my worry. Overall the house was very nice and the beach was like 50 steps from the house.

Our family had a wonderful week at the beach and thoroughly enjoyed stating at this property. The location was superb, the property spacious and clean with easy access to shopping or the beach. We’ll be back!

For a family of 10 with teenagers and small children, this was the perfect location with tons of room for everyone to have privacy and a spacious room for us to all come together. Very short walk to the beach came as an added plus for quick trips for lunch at our beautiful home away from home.

We loved the house. The property manager was great. The grill that was at the house was falling apart and they brought a brand new one the next morning. The walk to the beach was very short. Only issue and it's a small one is that the pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures but it was still a very nice and clean pool area.

We had a great time staying at this house! Super close to the beach with a less than 5 minute walk. House is nice, a little dated in style of furnishings and the leather on the couch is peeling in places. Bed is master bedroom very uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with stuff to cook but you will need to bring spices, sugar, etc. There were no beach chairs, etc so that type of item also needs to be brought with. House is spacious and was perfect in size for our family and our teenagers and their friends. Overall a great experience. Would stay here again in the future.

This property is amazing. Close to the beach and has a great vibe! The entire property was so clean -even the small decorations and statues. You can tell this house is loved by the owner. Lots of fun pictures around.

We are frequent visitors to Destin and crystal beach area. First time staying at this property, and location was superb! Less than 100 steps to the water! And 50 steps to Camilles which is everything you are looking forward in a restaurant! We had a house full of 10 guests -Rooms were large and spacious! Property was clean, and kept no smells and everything needed worked! We did enjoy the rather unique photo findings through out the house if you like Tom Selleck this place is for you! We recommend this property!

This was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was right Nextdoor. The beds were comfortable, house was mostly clean - could use a deep clean (dishwasher and upstairs jet tub) but all surfaces and sheets, etc we’re in excellent condition. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again.

This property is an excellent place to stay for your family vacation. Bedroom for my mom on the main floor so no stairs for her. Great energy in the house. Carpet under table and green carpet though out was a little stained but understand as it’s a rental. Loved all the family photos...and Tom S. Will be back for sure.

This was an incredible find for the perfect family vacation. There were six of us staying at this property and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their space. Everything was clean, aside from the fact that the garbage cans were left completely overflowing by the previous tenants. The check in process was flawless but the absolute best part of this property is the location. The neighborhood is amazing, the pool is right next-door and you are half a block off the beach. My kids have declared at one of the best vacations ever, thank you!!!!

Everything was awesome

The house was beautiful, but we had some issues. The t.v. in the living room would not work much of the time. Also, there were very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, etc. The last night of our stay, there was a huge disturbance next door with very loud talking, loud music, with men in the jacuzzi which continued until after 12:00 a.m. It was most disturbing. The 10:00 rule was definitely violated. They were back in it the next morning very early.

Cute home. Proximity to the beach was incredible. Furniture was definitely dated, but that was part of the charm. It was like staying at Grandma’s house, in a good way. However, just note that the beds are *incredibly* firm. Would definitely stay here again!
