“Our initial stay was four days and it was awesome. This stay was overnight the night before traveling back to the states. As stated in my previous review the property needs more kithcen and bathroom items but otherwise it was everything we were looking for. Will definitely stay again. ”

“Check-in was ok, but free airport pick-up was despite the booking confirmation not available. We had to organize the ride to the apartments by ourselfs. Also two ACs out of four weren't working. The restaurant was good, but was a little bit pricy though. Overall the apartments are quite expensive, but the conditions of the apartments are ok.”

"Customers service very poor apart from the housekeeping, it was fully booked at the breakfast room and very few staff to attend to customers. As a 5star hotel they need to modernize their rooms. The only thing I loved most was the beach. For me Serena in Goma is still the number one customers service/ modern hotel in Africa/Europe no matter you are female traveling alone or with family"
