“Our treehouse stay was absolutely amazing and the perfect way to kick off summer for our family. Tucked away just off a main road, it felt secluded and peaceful, yet made for a great base to take little day trips and explore the charming surrounding towns.One of the highlights was the field full of fireflies at night—it felt truly magical under a sky blanketed with stars. “If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!”

“Cottage is rustic & charming. Nicely decorated with original paintings. Is stocked with everything you may need. Comfy bed. We sat outside on the porch drinking coffee in the morning while viewing the lake. 10 Minute drive to Letchworth was perfect. Host left a flyer from Daryl's Pizzeria which we ended up ordering from. Food there was great too! Would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place near hiking areas. ”

“Beautiful condo on the side of a ski slope. We didn’t get to witness any of the winter activities but we could see that it was set up well for skiing or any activity, any season. Very clean, exactly as described, host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Was a perfect in-between for us as we were visiting with family both at Letchworth and Allegany. ”

“We loved how cozy the RV was. The property was very pretty with wild life nearby. The kids loved seeing the bunnies, playing in the pool, and the evening firepit to roast marshmallows. I was happpy to see there was no TV, so our kids had to play outside and enjoy nature! We felt very safe in the property. The sunset view was amazing with the lake in the background from afar. ”

“My husband had a wonderful time at your cabin for his birthday. Everything was exactly like our home - coffee, paper towels etc for the kitchen. Bathroom and bedroom was clean and a perfect mattress. We did have trouble in the shower, there weren’t any grab bars to steady yourself. It would help to have some grab bars. "The pool wasn’t working during our stay, but that wasn’t a priority for us. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The room was slightly larger than expected and felt newly renovated and fresh. The rest of the hotel also appeared recently updated and well-maintained. Breakfast wasn’t huge, but it offered more variety than we anticipated—especially compared to similar hotels in the same price range. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone."
