“The property was welcoming and very clean. The only issue we ran into was the neighboring cottage had a dog that was barking early in the mornings and woke us up. ”

“Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!”

“Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.”

“I was very impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived. You could walk around barefoot and not worry about having dirty feet!!!! The pier to fish was great! Loved that we didn't have to share and made a ton of family memories. Highly recommend - even if you don't fish but you want to get away. Rockport is such a cute town - great downtown full of shops.”

“Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better. It was peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. Having access to the kayaks was a major bonus and made for some unforgettable mornings out on the water.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. “The location is perfect. The dock is perfect, the water super clear, it's close to everything. The house is a historic gem: it has withstood so many hurricanes. It's really sad to see it in such a state of disrepair. For example, there is an obious leak under the shower that is bowing the wood (original wood floor). A lot of things are old and about to break. But overall, we had a really good stay. I would still recommend this place, but adjust expectations. ”

“Went for a fishing trip. This place was very clean. The only thing i had an issue with was there wasn't a bbq pit as depicted in pictures. Minor issue. Other than that the stay was great. Very quiet and nice area. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Very cute, clean canal front townhome. It was a well-maintained quiet property. We visited 2 of the 3 pools and they were nice and clean. Other guests or owners were quiet and courteous. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. The downstairs shower handle was tricky to figure out but the property manager responded quickly and even stopped by to help us figure it out! “Property exactly as described. Great functional layout for a family on the go. We had a wonderful time in the pool, kayaking, fishing, going to the beach and exploring the area. The house was the perfect launch pad for what was a wonderful summer family trip experience. We even snagged our personal best Black Drum and a bunch of keeper Reds. Salt Lake is always a good time. Thanks for everything. Hope to be back soon. ”

“Will definitely be booking this house every time I travel to the area. House was fantastic for our group of 7 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of room for 14 of us total. Host was fantastic to deal with and made everything easy for us and responded with a fast turnaround at all hours of the day prior to our stay definitely worth it. Location of the house is perfect as far as going to Rockport ingelside and port .”
