“Really nice spot and I thought it was a solid value. We saw some other, incredible houses on Canandaigua lake we wanted to book, everything looked perfect but when we saw the total price at check out, we said no way; way overpriced. But we found THIS place had it all: Enough room, nice interior, great view, nice outdoor space with a dock to park a boat, AND a fair price! Therefore, we will save this spot to check first for another rental.”

In addition to the direct lake access, the covered balcony right over the lake is a major plus as well as the outdoor jacuzzi with direct lake views. There are several areas for people to gather for various games, activities or just a quiet space for reading. The owner Dawn is always responsive if any issues or questions arise. Totally positive experiences. 5 stars”
