Close to downtown for good food and an easy drive to the Hyannis port for taking the ferry to Nantucket! "Great view of the ocean, best location. I only stayed for one night but the place is magnificent. Get up early and walk the beach while the sun gets up. Close to a nice restaurant called the skipper where they serve the bets lobster role! Would get back if a had a chance. The room I chose was the cheapest but it doesn't matter when you have the sea within a 1 minute walk. "
