“Stora rum och bra wifi. Fri parkering. Rent och snyggt. Tråkigt läge. Man måste ta bilen till allt. Ingen frukost eller restaurang på hotellet. Bra frukostrestaurang på andra sidan gatan (svårt att få bord om ni inte kommer tidigt).”

“Amazing. My favorite place on the Cape”

“Nice property conveniently located, clean and with several pools and pickleball which we love! Drawbacks were the lack of elevators for hauling all of our luggage and supplies upstairs. Our unit also had a long steep staircase up to the primary (only) bedroom. People with mobility issues could struggle in this unit. There were bathrooms on both levels, which was nice. The unit has an efficiency kitchen for light meals/snacks and a small refrigerator. There is no laundry inside the unit but...

“My friend and I stayed at Breakwaters 4B for 3 nights. The location is perfect. Close to the water and good for travels up and down the cape. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Stephen was so helpful and thoughtful throughout the planning and during our stay.”

“Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off. ”

“Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays”
