“Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by.”

“The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall. “我們是家庭旅遊，8個人4個臥室，有3間衛浴設備。房間、客廳的空間寬敞，廚房設備齊全。但是，在晚上20～17度C，稍寒冷的金馬崙，熱水不熱～隔音非常槽糕，其他房客在走廊的聊天聲穿透房間～電視只有3個頻道，而且畫質不是很好～網路很難連上，連上後速度很慢，我們居住的樓層沒有網路，必須連接其他樓層靠近我們房間的網路⋯⋯⋯ 馬桶座墊很黑、馬桶的冲水壞了⋯⋯ 洗手槽漏水很慢⋯⋯ 吹風機只有一個⋯ 沒有浴巾、擦腳布、衣架不足⋯⋯！地下室停車場的出入通道很窄，很容易車子會擦撞到牆壁⋯”
