“The best part of this stay was how close it is to the airport, which made traveling very convenient. There are also many local food options right downstairs, giving a great chance to enjoy the local flavors. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable throughout the stay.”

However the toilet’s flushing system didn’t work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didn’t really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about. ”

“Overall it was a great stay for us. We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the room and hotels. However, please improve the breakfast options and hygiene as well as the staff’s sop. I think the foods are so repetitive in daily basis and barely got refilled till we had to ask the staff few times. The coffee machine was not working guys, the hot water kept splashing every where for 2 days in the row. I really enjoyed my stay here but i think the breakfast quality is a no no. This goes the...

“The property was so unclean. The towel smell bad. There was no toilet paper provided. Even thou we ask for it. End up we have to buy. The shower water was so small. You cannot even take a basic bath. Cups was smelly with a fishy smell. Bed was comfortable actually.”

“Communication was the main issue that I faced. No proper check in details. only provided when I call in. Even though checking in time is at 3pm. We should have the message beforehand so that we will know what to do when we reach the destination.”
