“The hotel was very clean and nice, although there isn't a lot around the area. It's about a 17min walk to the nearest supermarket which is in a mall. Could do with some comfortable loungers at the pool. There were only 2. Also, there are a lot of families so is busy around 5ish until 7ish. The 2nd floor garden area is beautiful and peaceful.”

“Great location - near a mall and near the border to Singapore. However the toilet’s flushing system didn’t work and when we contacted the hotel to repair it, they sent a group of repairmen who didn’t really repair it but installed a bide instead. Apart from this I have nothing to complain about. ”

“Very strick with their check in time . Even if room is available they would let you check in before 3 pm Rooms need little renovation. There was no drinking glass in the room, so hand towels”

Breakfast was very basic with limited choices, and the lack of variety became noticeable if staying more than two nights. The lift lobby of 33A, where the restaurant is located, was greasy and slippery, which made the experience less pleasant.
