“Uncle Dave's cabin is not a large place but it is very clean and comfortable and loaded with amenities. The kitchen has spices and other food items and there is an assortment of toiletry items if you have forgotten anything. Then there are the little chocolates on each bed. Plus there is the game room should you run into inclement weather. On top of that, should you have a question from the property owners, you get an immediate response. We were very happy with our stay here.”

“We took a short trip up looking for sand and sun. This was a perfect location for us to get that. House fit our needs for our short stay. The view was great!”

“Great location for fishing!Needs more silverware would be the only negative, as we only had 4 forks and limited butter knives. Maybe we just didn’t look hard enough. Host was great and we would stay again.”

“Complete quiet and relaxation. Picturesque to say the least. We would highly recommend if you are comfortable to navigate the steep stairs. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The eagles and wild life put on a memorable show. ”

“Great location. Great value. It's an upstairs unit above a permanent residence. Within walking distance of everything. Hoping the porch was a little cleaner and put together. You don't normally need AC but it's loud if you're trying to sleep. Bathroom was very nice but there's no mirror above the sink.”

“This is our 4th AuGres rental and by far our family’s favorite! Can’t say enough about the very clean and comfortable accommodations! The nautical decor was perfect with nice big beds with comfy bedding and towels! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need! I had no reservations about my 10 month old grandson crawling around! The new back patio was totally awesome with lots of chairs and lounges! We enjoyed the big round picnic table for snacking and playing card games! Lots of beach...
