“Stayed for two nights while visiting friends in Philomath and Corvallis. Communication was great and check-in was easy. Listing was as described. ”

“The basement apartment was perfect for my stay while attending a conference at the University in Corvallis. Although it is a basement apartment, it was cool and dry, and well designed. The bedroom is at ground level so where is a large bay window giving fresh air and natural light. The kitchenette had a full sized fridge, microwave, keurig, and a hot plate, so it was easy to cook dinner, and pack lunch. Elizabeth is a wonderful host and the check in and out was easy. “Everything worked except opening kitchen windows,(they opened but needed to be propped open to keep open). House was clean. Mary responded quickly when we found a cracked window, though did not require immediate repair. Well stocked, we did need to find the towels (there was not 10 sets out for use). We enjoy our stay there.”

“Overall this residence was expected from description, there were no surprises. The house and property were clean neat and the amenities were a nice touch as well. The communication from the host was clear and direct. We left a couple items behind at the residence and the host went above and beyond to me us to return them.
