“This is a truly beautiful cottage. It is immaculately clean, roomy and well-equipped (especially the kitchen). It also has really lovely woodwork.The only suggestion we would have is maybe some additional window coverings (unless installing them would damage that lovely woodwork).The location is perfect - just down the street from Frankfort, and an easy drive to the National Lakeshore. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.”

“House was clean and had everything you needed. It was a great location! Less than 10 minute walk to all the Crystal Mountain shops, golf, restaurants, pool, etc. Great for kids! Had a nice basement with a couch and TV, bedroom with a few beds, and full bathroom. 4 kids slept down there. Overall, it was a great stay and we would come back!”

“Wonderful stay. I don't think I have ever been so comfortable (and slept well!) in a rental property. It was perfect for our family and my girls are already asking to go back. Truly steps to the beach and downtown, we have a 4 year old and a two year old and easily took the wagon to the beach and walked downtown. Hope to be back next summer!”

“House was great, clean, and in a nice location. It definitely is not “lake view” as the listed stated, and the upstairs master bedroom does not have a door, it is an open loft stairway so lacks the privacy of a real bedroom. But the house was in a great spot near all the downtown amenities and shops, it was nice and clean inside which is always the most important thing to me. It was great to have the washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again! ”

“Beautiful location, stunning views. Had everything we needed. We were a group of friends that came to do the 70.3 Ironman. Close to Frankfort for our race. Ryan was great at communicating.We loved the sunsets and sunrise on the lake so pretty. The fire pit was awesome at nighttime we saw lots of stars and a shooting star. The canoes were an added treat to go on the lake.Overall our stay was fantastic would definitely recommend.”

“The cabin was clean and cozy. The host was very helpful. The bathroom was surprisingly large and modern. Even though the cabin is on a busy road, the big evergreen tree and privacy fence providers privacy. We had the fan on at night, so the road noise did not affect us. The cabin is close to Frankfort, Honor, Beulah, Benzonia, Empire and Sleeping Bear Dunes! We would love to stay here again at Carol’s Cabin.”

"Trevligt litet hotell. Har ingen frukost men en kaffemaskin i Sunroom. Dessutom fanns det ett kylskåp på rummet. Hotellet har en resturang som dessvärre har stängt vissa dagar. Gångavstånd till stranden där man kan gå ut till en fyr och se på solnedgången."
