“We were in town for a hiking event at Fall Creek Falls State Park, about 30 minutes away. We found this house to be very comfortable with recent updates, lots of space, and everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with some family restaurants close by. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions and very easy check in. We enjoyed our short stay in Pikeville! ”

“To start - not real sure how Shaun or Victoria managed to train the local wildlife but i knew we were in the right place when we first arrived in the driveway and in a somewhat disney fasion a deer and rabbit were chasing each other around the front yard so..... yeah it gets better the house so described as charming by the home owners is spot on we hadn't been halfway through our trip when my wife ask (think they would sell) nature abounds here as mentioned above we watched bunnies and bevers...

“Great location. The view off the mountain is worth the price of admission. The cabin is also very nice and cozy. Good location, if you are looking at hitting up TN waterfalls. About 20 minutes from main area of downtown Sparta, but there is also a DG about 7 minutes away, if you need any last second supplies or midnight snacks.”

“Really fun place to stay with kids. Dock is private and peaceful and we caught several fish at various points in our stay. Kids enjoyed the bunkbeds and it was nice to have a separate bathroom for the kids with a bathtub. The host was extremely courteous and very accommodating to us. Thanks! ”

“Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.”
