“The rental was nice and clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. I slept on the couch and my wife slept on pillows on the bed. Neither us got much sleep. We stayed one night instead of the two were charged for. The owner refunded 60 despite what they claimed was a subjective experience of the "bed firmness."
