“we stay here at least once a year. The check-in process is a little stressful because the line was so long and seemed like there was not enough people working. However, the rooms are clean. The waterpark is nice and the kids always have a good time.”

“We had a very disappointing experience with this VRBO rental. Before our stay, we unfortunately had a death of a horse and needed to cancel. The host declined our request and only offered a 50% refund, which put us in a difficult position. Since we couldn’t recover most of our money, we decided to go ahead with the trip anyway.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the home was far below expectations. There were dishes in the drying rack on the counter. Newspapers all over the counter. Dirty sponge...

“An absolutely beautiful home, inside and out. We had our son's wedding there, where I cooked for about 20 guests. The kitchen was nicely equipped for such a task. Very easy communication throughout the stay as well. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion. Everyone was very comfortable there, and we had ages 8 to 92 sstaying with us!”

“Positives: property manager was responsive to questions, the game room offered fun for our whole group (adults and teenagers), beds were comfortable, massage chairs as well as hit tub offered relaxation, living room had lots of seating and a huge TV.Downsides (none of these were deal breakers for our stay but these are the reasons I did not rate the house as 5/5 stars): the house itself clearly has some wear and tear - there are some gashes in the walls, marks on walls, some curtain rods coming...
