“the host is wonderful and helpful everything was great for. quick stay. The house was clean although the pans were a greasy and so we didn’t do any cooking. There were several places nearby to get breakfast and it’s a great place to stay if you are getting to the college. Very close and easy. ”

“Really loved my stay at Kelly's place. Cozy and quiet, yet just a short ride into town. Kelly responded right away whenever I had a question and did everything possible to make the stay enjoyable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need. Even had a full propane tank ready to go when the current one ran out. Will stay there again when I'm in the Binghamton area.”

“Great location, walkable to restaurants, arena etc. very convenient for a quick visit to see our Bearcat. We couldn't find the sheets for the extra bed for my daughter but only realized late so we didn't give the host a chance to help us with this.. he was responsive when we did contact him so I'm sure it would have been solved if given the chance!!!”

“We loved our stay at the modern urban downtown apartment! Owen was easy to communicate with, friendly and available to chat with anytime. The location offered the convenience of easily walking around downtown to coffee, shops, diners, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed stopping in at Garage Taco Bar! “Our stay at this lovely home was perfect. Larry was so welcoming and full of good information on the area. The little touches such as the table setting and coffee bar were so charming and cozy. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. We would 100 percent stay at this peaceful and private property again. ”
