“This is an exceptional property. We were here for our son's wedding and had other family staying with us. The #bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Beds were so comfortable! Plenty of towels. “The space was just as described and worked well for our stay. It’s not fancy or high-end, but it’s definitely cozy and comfortable. The location was super convenient—easy access to the interstate, downtown, and the stadium. It’s right off Cornhusker Highway, so you do hear a bit of traffic, but it didn’t bother us.The house fit three of us comfortably. More than that and it might start to feel a little tight. “First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas.”

“My boyfriend and I returned to Lincoln to visit all of our favorite places and catch up with friends we made in college :) The Herbie Motel was a perfect landing pad for our trip. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean! There was a secure fence around the entire facility which made the kinda rough neighborhood feel a lot safer. I would recommend this rental to others traveling to the area and will be returning! ”
