“The property is in a great location for the University of Nebraska visits and events. It’s in an older neighborhood with smallish houses. The home is clean and cozy, and communication with the host is easy. Highly recommend this property. ”

“First time returning home for Christmas in the last six years- Bruce was extremely helpful and communicative when I had initial issues with figuring out the thermostat (a nest device) - additionally was a lifesaver giving I'm assistance when my partner had a medical issue. 10/10 will return next time I make it back for Christmas.”

“Everything was great with the exception of the communication with the property manager (I had to reach out to them on the day of my stay to ask for the address and access information as it was never communicated to me prior to that), and the shower did not work- the tub worked, but the valve to switch it from tub to shower was broke so I had to use a cup from the room to wash my hair. ”

“We were in town for a marathon and stayed one night. This location isn’t in a super. Busy or populated area but that was perfect for us. The recreational area was nice area to just chill. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Parking is is right in front of your room doors but can be a little tight ”
