“This place was just perfect for what we needed a cool and quiet place. Was doing a motorcycle trip with a friend and we parked our bikes, just outside the entrance door and it was covered parking. There was chairs outside to enjoy but after a hot day we just stayed inside, but we both agreed it would be great in the fall or spring.”

“This property was perfect for my husband and me while in town visiting my daughter and other family. The owners were super friendly and available for any of our needs. We basically just needed a place to sleep and we were able to slip in and out without disturbing anyone. Didn't get a chance to have a cup of coffee by the pool, but that backyard oasis was stunning!!!”

“Maria has a very nice home. Her little dog Max is so sweet and well behaved. Her home is very clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The neighborhood is very safe feeling. I traveled alone for an appointment in Texarkana. I felt very safe staying here. I just needed a night. I got off work at 6 and drove my hour and 45 minutes. I arrived at 8pm. “The Gator Den was such a blast! Absolutely a beautiful property, so many perks and amenities. Easy to park, walking distance to Tuckers boat launch, and the owners are incredibly helpful. 5 21 year old women were able to have fun comfortably and celebrate our friend getting married. The only suggestion I could even add is a curtain to cover the sliding glass door bc it is very easy to see in at night. Other than that, it’s a perfect place to stay!”

“Great place to stay and kick back. Quiet area on the water. Neighbor told us it is one of the last old cabins in area and the owners have kept the old cabin feel. Few things weren’t working properly but I was able to let owner know and responded quickly. Enough room for boat parking! Boat slip was under water due to recent rain. Will be back if on this side of lake again. ”
