“This is second time my family has booked property. Perfect all around, host is very friendly and accommodating. Located in a gorgeous neighborhood away from traffic and noise. The pool was perfect and backyard was spacious for a small family gathering. I HIGHLY recommend in staying in Roswell. Very cleB rooms and amenities”

“My wife, our two dogs, and I stayed here for two nights and had an amazing time. The starry night sky and exploring with the friendly local dogs made it unforgettable. Our dogs got along great with them and were so happy, they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend—10/10!”

“This property was exactly what we wanted. Our 3rd stay in Baytowne Wharf and this has been the best unit so far. The location was perfect. We had a fabulous view of the fireworks and light show right from our balcony. We had a little issue with a toilet but the management company handled it very promptly. Definitely would stay again. ”

“We drove all over New Mexico and Roswell was about 2 hours from everywhere we wanted to go. Luke, our host, was amazing! We got some great food and fun stop recommendations. The house is an older home, of course, but if I could have fit that stove in my suitcase it would be coming home with me! Great stay! Highly recommend the UFO House!”

“Awesome space, excellent amenities, super clean, excellent location. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The sauna snd steam shower were amazing! TVs in all bedrooms and living area. Bed was extremely comfortable and couches in living room are great for couch lounging! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ”

“We had nice stay. The property is pretty close to the downtown area, but just outside of which was very nice.The owner was very accommodating when we needed to add an extra night last minute. We were very grateful to find a 4 bedroom in the location.”

“We had a nice stay at Teddy Cloud. The hosts have made every effort to ensure the comfort of their guests. Vicki has supplied everything one could possibly need for a great vacation (besides food and drinks of course)! The king bed was comfortable. The hot water and pressure was perfect. The kitchen was very well stocked and organized. The wrap around deck with the grill was relaxing and we were able to grill steaks and scallops one evening. The fenced in pet area was perfect for our dogs....

“Wild life at your back door as soon as we arrived. Backs up to National forest and feels like you’re in the middle of the forest with quick and easy access to town. Nice comforting cabin, with anything you need for a great stay..”

“Ran to the mountains for a quick long weekend and found a vacation in nature that recharged our batteries. Close to national monuments and an overall charming town. The cabin is as advertised and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Would stay again and definitely recommend!”
